Since consulting with Serra Ann I have noticed that the space feels more peaceful and settled. There is a direction and a cohesive vision for the space. There is renewed hope while we continue chipping away at the vision. I feel confident to try things, and to keep trying again when they don’t work. I thought it was a great gift that she incorporated prayer into the initial stages. It made me feel more at ease. I appreciated the warm and loving walk through. I enjoyed that Serra Ann asked me to find three items that were inspiring for me in the space. It was fun for me to think about that question, but I also saw in it her true desire to understand my hopes and to provide a design that would be a fit. She was very generous with her support and encouragement. I felt that throughout the process she always considered the whole person and the heart behind any struggles or victories throughout the process. I believe that absolutely sets Serra Ann apart from other design services. Serra Ann is so kind, thoughtful and gifted. Anyone would be richly blessed to walk beside her on the journey of seeking and creating beauty for their home or workplace.
